Shipping Policy

Felizee takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service. And, for us, that means getting your order out fast in the most secure and economic way.Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.

Shipping Information Providing

  • Please provide a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO.Box shipping address when you place your order.
  • Please make sure that you enter the complete shipping address including zip code and reachable phone number when completing checkout. 
  • If you enter the wrong shipping address or want to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service(service@felizee.com) to modify your address within 24 hours, we won’t be responsible for any problems that caused by the shipping address you provide once it is shipped. 

Shipping To Hotel/Temporary Address

  • We do not recommend placing orders to temporary locations. You are responsible for providing a correct address that will be able to accept the package when it arrives, we will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancellations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.

Order Processing

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse in 24 hours on working day.
  • You will receive an order tracking number via email(service@felizee.com) from Felizee the day after your order is shipped with the courier, you can also track the real-time status of your order by entering your tracking number or order number on“TRACK YOUR ORDER”on Felizee.com.

Shipping Method

  • For orders placed by customers from America、Europe、Australia、Africa、Japan and Korea, they will be shipped by CNE International Express from China. It will take about 9-15days to deliver the packages.
  • For orders placed by customers from Southeast Asia, they will be shipped by J&T Express from China. It will take about 9-13 days to deliver the packages.
  • For stock in the Ontario warehouse, If the product you ordered is in stock in the Ontario warehouse, we will ship it to you directly from the Ontario warehouse by USPS, It will take about 2-4 days to deliver the package.(Please note that if the product you ordered has both US warehouse products and China warehouse products, we may separate two packages and send them to you separately)
  • For some remote regions and small islands, the specific delivery time is based on what the courier provides.

  • Africa: South Africa
  • Australia: Australia; New Zealand

If you really want to buy our lovely products, but the address is not within the delivery range, please contact us(service@felizee.com). If the address is feasible for the courier, we will open the permission for you, but you may need to pay the shipping fee.
